TonerCharge services a wide variety of laser printers manufactured by HP, Lexmark, Panasonic, Okidata, Canon, Brother, QMS and others. We also service personal copiers.

TonerCharge technicians are authorized by Hewlett Packard to perform warranty work on HP printers. An “HP Authorized Service Provider” means our technicians are trained and have passed the examinations required to service a particular machine. We offer a complete line of in and out-of-warranty repairs. If you’d like, we can service your printer.

Total Laser Care (TLC) is designed to minimize, postpone or eliminate expensive and inconvenient break-downs, improve print quality and control ozone emissions. We offer 3 different levels of TLC: bronze, silver and Gold.

TOTAL CARE BRONZE Your printer should be cleaned at least once a year. TLC Bronze, our basic service, is a 15-step process that results in a complete General Technical Service and Cleaning of your laser printer. In addition to the maintenance service, your fuser roller assembly (the source of many printer failures) is warranted for one full year, parts and labor. TOTAL CARE SILVER, is a full coverage package that includes the basic TLC bronze service and fuser roller warranty. You pay only the next $100 of any and all printer repairs (excluding the warranted fuser roller) during the 12 months. TOTAL CARE GOLD, is a full coverage package that includes the basic TLC bronze service and fuser roller warranty. TLC Gold fully warrants your machine, including parts and labor, for any breakdowns for a period of one year. Under this service, loaner printers are available at no charge if the repair cannot be performed on-site.
