TonerCharge warrants all remanufactured cartridges supplied Customer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period covering 1 year or until the cartridge is depleted of toner, whichever comes first. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply call us for a replacement cartridge and credit for the unused portion.

Warrantee does not cover damage resulting from customer abuse or neglect (e.g. dropping the cartridge or leaving a cartridge unprotected from the elements).

Printer Warranty - Use of TonerCharge Remanufactured Products

TonerCharge warrants the customer's printer per the following:

If you think a TonerCharge remanufactured cartridge has caused damage to your printer present your claim to TonerCharge first. In case of damage to laser printer solely due to a TonerCharge remanufactured cartridge, TonerCharge will pay for repair or perform the necessary repairs.

If the laser printer is under warranty and the claim for damage is presented to the original manufacturer for warranty repair, the original manufacturer or authorized service representative must deny warranty repair in writing, solely because of the customer's use of a recycled toner cartridge. Customer shall provide TonerCharge with the original denial letter and any and all other documentation including a detailed repair receipt and list of repaired and/or replaced parts. Original Equipment Manufacturer's Warranty

Items sold by TonerCharge and produced by others carry their own warranty. TonerCharge warrants all original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) products per manufacturer's warranty.

Refurbished Printer Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, TonerCharge refurbished machines are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days. Factory refurbished machines carry the factory warranty.

Delivery

All orders are shipped, based upon stock availability, by the customer's preferred method. Most items will ship out the same day the product is ordered. If a shipment is refused, your account will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight.

Back Orders

TonerCharge will make every attempt to ship your order out immediately. Unfortunately, a situation may arise when an item is temporarily out of stock and must be backordered. If so, we'll e-mail you and give you an estimated time when the product should be back in stock.

You have the option to wait for the backorder to ship or to cancel the order and we'll credit your account. If we don't hear back from you, we'll ship the product as soon as it is available.

Payment Method

TonerCharge accepts the following major credit cards - Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order. Please provide the billing address and telephone number, exactly as the credit card bank has it on record.

Tax

TonerCharge Corporation is located in the State of South Carolina and is only obligated to withhold 5% sales tax for delivery within this state. You will not be charged sales tax if you live outside of South Carolina.

Non-Defective Product

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all non-defective items returned. Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of original delivery, freight pre-paid. Non-defective product returns must be the exact product that was shipped out, un-altered, have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and received prior to the RMA# authorization.

Defective Product

If any product becomes defective within its warranty period, it may be returned for replacement and/or credit. TonerCharge will credit the unused portion. If possible, please include a representative test print of the defect. This will help our technicians determine the cause of the problem and improve our product. TonerCharge will pay the freight both ways for defective products.

Products Damaged by Shipping

If you receive a package that has been damaged due to shipping, please contact the carrier and TonerCharge immediately.

Shipping Errors

All shipping error claims must be made within 5 working days of delivery of goods. Returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable. If the product is not received in salable condition, you may not receive credit.

Return Process

  1. Call us at (888)278-1066 and tell customer service you'd like to return product. We will issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#), valid for 30 days. For defective products, we will also send a FedEx PRP return label.
  2. Return the product either freight pre-paid (for non-defective products) or use a FedEx PRP return label. Make sure the packaging is clearly identified with its RMA#. No product returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
  3. TonerCharge will inspect the return, then either replace the product, refund or credit your account as appropriate.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars. TonerCharge is not responsible for error with respect to information concerning ordered products and will not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

Foreign Shipment

If products purchased from TonerCharge are to be exported, you must obtain certain export documentation from the Federal Government before shipping to a foreign country. Manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be void. TonerCharge disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
